conic section figures

Which file to read in when the latex file refers to

figures/conic_parabola

?

The only files SL2X says it can't find are 7 from the conic sections, and
figures/figmathematica_sinx
figures/MT_ChromeMountain_topo_smallx

Those two don't have tex source, so maybe just fix those by hand at the end?

Those last two are special cases. One has source from a public domain
image, the other is intentionally showing what images from Mathematica look
like. The conic images exist in the repo as .png files. We need to know
from Greg if there is any source for them.

Today I should have some time to catch up and investigate how images are
working. I know nothing about asymptote, but the mbx script got stuck
trying to process what we have. So I'll also start poking around with those.
