Those last two are special cases. One has source from a public domain
image, the other is intentionally showing what images from Mathematica look
like. The conic images exist in the repo as .png files. We need to know
from Greg if there is any source for them.
Today I should have some time to catch up and investigate how images are
working. I know nothing about asymptote, but the mbx script got stuck
trying to process what we have. So I'll also start poking around with those.
