Old guide: Site Admin's Guide - PECE Documentation

This guide would work much better built into the site (links would be clickable).

(Somewhere, old code for MASS and more recently elsewhere, i have examples of blocking out unwanted help links / linking directly to a custom help section. Also i re-upped a helpful old issue Expand permissions for help topics [#2951565] | Drupal.org
