Let's use this to finalize how roles should be migrated.

Administrator => "administrator",
Editor => "contributor",
Contributor => "contributor",
Researcher => "contributor",
Platform Director => "platform_manager",
Manager => "platform_manager",

And I don't think we need to migrate Data Importer Roles?
