Hello, when I use your plugin this doesn't work, its doing me a mistake and puts the plugin in the plugin list in red !

Hey, so I'm not qualified to answer your question but lemme tell you something real quick, PEX has been discontinued, use LuckPerms instead.

Can reproduce, same exact error on Paper 1.12.2, Java 8

its a known issue for using Java 8 from project lead, Builds in latter would fix this problem
