Improvements to the CZI demo notebook #9

The CZI demo notebook (Alignment via landmark annotations, query, aggregation) needs the following improvements:

  • fix the broken images and GIF by adding the media to the resources folder
  • move the notebook here instead that having it in spatialdata-sandbox
  • replace the Xenium dataset with the Xenium dataset used in the tutorials
