Hi! Not really an issue per se but it would be nice if you allowed multiple input files, I have 50+ mgf files and I'm not going to do them one by one. Also, they are gzipped and your application doesn't like that, would be nice if you allowed for gzipped input. Thx!

Can use a wildcard:

MASIC_Console.exe /P:paramfile.xml /I:"*raw"

(or whatever files you want to process)
