@deeptijk @nithujohn Currently all the terms TMT are listed under a big category called TMT (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/pride/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FPRIDE_0000515?lang=en). However, would be good to have multiple parent categories that groups by protocol. For example,

TMT
- TMT6PLEX
  - 126
  - 127
  - 128
  - 129
  - 130
  - 131

This will make clear what channels will be allow for each protocol.
