@selva439 here some ideas:

When Affinity proteomics experiments are selected, only these type of formats will be allowed:

• RAW: Raw file format .adat for SomaScan datasets and .bcl for Olink experiments.
• SEARCH: Protein quantitative datasets, this will be excel files, csv mainly. The user maybe able to select this manually.
• OTHER: All the other files can be in the other category.
• EXPERIMENT DESIGN: SDRF if available.

Similar to our current experiments, user MUST provide RAW and SEARCH files.

For affinity proteomics experiments, only the following instruments in this file:
