Firewall Issue

Dear all,

I'm trying to upload files on PRIDE through the submission tool.
I had several issues due to firewall. We finally fixed them and were able to open the tool and prepare the submission.
However, when trying to actually do the upload, I get an error messages saying:
Requires outbound traffic enabled on your firewall and network for port TCP and UDP 33001.

The network team at my institution is thus asking if you could provide us with the firewall consideration (port, protocols,...) so that we can allow all traffic at once.
