It would be useful if one could query a PSICQUIC service for MITAB data and 
be able to specify which column should be returned by the server. That way 
allowing even lighter weight download of data.

Usecase: build a list of all publication available in a service woudl only 
involve 
downloading a single column instead of 15 thus making the service even more 
responsive.
