A few so you can start working on:

  • [Big update] Ability to put custom messages on player death
  • [Enchancement] Ability to put different messages on death
  • [Enchancement] Make messages on death activate on certain conditions (for example, falling down while on fire).
  • [Enchancement] Probability to randomize messages (have 3 or 4, random picks one to show up in death and join/leave).

1 Death Messages could be done
2 You mean like per-cause?
3 Understood
4 What can this have an effect? Doing it per-permission could do a thing but rotating a revolver with messages can be a bit tricky but not impossible

2 and 4 are the same, just noticed. Permissions aren't much of an utility on death messages but having a few of them so it's a randomized set of string would rock hard:

fall_death:

  • %PLAYER% did skyfall.
  • %PLAYER% really tried to be a rising star, but failed.
  • %PLAYER% really hit the stop button, just not in time.

So every time someone dies with fall_death, would see something different.
