预训练模型要求太高，没有太多数据进行训练，希望将模型小型化，从ernie3.0的压缩提升效率看，提升服务大概在1～2倍之间，而ernie-health当前对较长的文本处理速度只有个位数条每秒，由此大概可知即便压缩量化也无法用于真实场景，希望有办法可以大幅提升该模型的效率，牺牲点准确性是可以接受的
