With #40 the content API has been deactivated. I'd like us to consider reactivating it:

This could help reduce the size of the app (downloading new languages on demand).
It could help bring together Open Mentoring and Panic Button by allowing the download of Help and educational content packages.

Hi @jmatsushita - I see the decision to remove to take it out was out of concern for security. Do these issues still stand?
