Change wording from ‘Setup Alert’ to ‘Set Up Alarm’

There is an inconsistency between the button on the introduction (‘Setup Alarm’) and the page it takes you to which is called ‘Setup Alert’. Suggest that we address the inconsistency and call the second page ‘Set Up Alarm’.

I realised that we need to maybe talk more about the contexts of using alarm and alert because we use sometimes "alert your contacts". There's also the status bar when the alarm is sending that says "Alerting" and "Alarming" might not work.
