Freeze whole windows when create par2 for large files #188

Try to generate par2 files with par2 c -r10 -n1 xxxx.7z

xxxx.7z has 59,576,413,189 bytes.

Just after finished calculating checksum, windows freezes.

Env:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz
8G RAM
Windows 10(10.0.19045.3393)
