[Feature request] Add aspect ratio and zoom levels like YouTube Center

Ideally all videos would be uploaded properly cropped, in their original aspect ratio. However, this is not always the case. YouTube Center has this feature and it's easily one of my my valued.

Aspect ratio: if a 4:3 video was for some reason squished to be 16:9, I'd like to be able to click a dropdown menu and choose the correct aspect ratio.

Zoom: if someone uploaded a video with black bars on top and bottom, I'd like to be able to zoom in a preset amount. Typically, the width of these videos aligns with 4:3.
