Improve "NServiceBus Hosting" section as it is ambiguous and hard to navigate #6672

In docs the Hosting there term is ambiguous. It contains many different aspects of hosting:

Endpoint configuration and behavior
Environments (Windows/Linux)
Host
Serverless
NServiceBus.Host
Guidance (publishing from web apps) = Exposing endpoints via WCF
etc.

"Hosting" would benefit from a restructure with grouping many pages with other labels.

There is also a lot of duplication that causes confusion between for example the following pages:
