Review example mod on deployment.

TLDR.

  1. Get SteamCMD https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader/blob/1.4.4/.github/workflows/build.yml#L301
  2. Set variables and deploy https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader/blob/1.4.4/.github/workflows/build.yml#L308-L315

This will be done for the initial alpha release and is not intended to be worked until then.
