No network found (displayed)

Hi!
I´ve been testing PCViz for some time now and think it´s great. I´m trying to find interaction partners for genes of interest. However, for a couple of genes, I don´t find any network and I can´t really understand why. I´m thinking about CXCR2 and C5aR1. I find large networks for CXCR1 and C3aR1, which are similar to the mentioned genes, but none for CXCR2 and C5aR1. I´m I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the help, and sorry if this question has already been answered before (I tried to look for it).

• might be network caching issue (due to an earlier internal error or ID cases sensitivity...)
