Feat: Adding "apply now" functionality.

Describe the feature

Currently, clicking the "apply now" button does not trigger any action. I want to add functionality so that users can fill out a form for the specific job opening and upload their resumes. Additionally, all user applications should be saved to the database.

Kindly assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24.
