Feat: Redesign whole "Home-webpage" under the modern aesthetic standards.

Describe the feature

I am planning to implement the following features and changes to enhance the overall look and functionality of the website:

1.When the user hovers over the navbar elements, there will be a transition underline instead of a change in the background color.

2.Aligning the main page photo perfectly and redesigning the main section to improve its visual appeal.

3.Changing the card styling of the "Search by category" section.

4.When the user hovers over the scroll-to-top button, it will display a transition and CSS styling to make the button more attractive. The cursor will change to a pointer when hovering over the scroll-to-top button.

5.Redesigning the entire "Stay up-to-date" section, including applying animation to the left-hand side photo or character to enhance engagement.
