Currently, we do not have the equivalent of spack_project.sh for shpc. We should create a wrapper script for this one too.

not sure whether it's needed.
installing a container has no pain point, so users can just install for themselves..
for popular containers we can go for a system wide install to optimise disk usage.

just my point of view :)

if you decide to go ahead, I can help. in particular, we could leverage the shpc -c <config-file> option, similar to what we do with Spack for projects.
