Documentation for available operations needs clarifying #71

In the docs, there is some contradictory information on what operations are supported:

https://docs.pennylane.ai/projects/ionq/en/latest/devices.html#ionq-operations — XX, YY, ZZ are listed as supported
https://docs.pennylane.ai/projects/ionq/en/latest/code/ops.html#classes — GPI, GPI2, MS, XX, YY, ZZ are listed as supported

For GPI, GPI2, and MS, they require gateset="native" when defining the device, and that should be stated in the docs.
