Addendum to the License Agreement for the Paid Version

This addendum (hereinafter referred to as the "Addendum") applies only to users who have purchased the paid version of the re-Planner product (hereinafter referred to as the "Paid Version")

  • The Paid Version is defined as the product version for which a payment has been made in the amount of 4,50 – 65,00 USD according to the payment terms
  • The Paid Version may or may not be identified by a license key or another identifier
  • The Paid Version does not contain a watermark

  1. License for the Paid Version:

    • a user who has purchased the Paid Version has the right to further copy the work, but only for personal use

  2. Restrictions for the Paid Version:

    • a user who has purchased the Paid Version may not further distribute and transfer the work, either under non-commercial conditions, or share and provide licenses to other users

  3. Transition from free to Paid Version:

    • if a user transitions from the free version to the Paid Version, this change is subject to the conditions of this Addendum

  4. Other Terms:

    • all other terms specified in the original License Agreement remain valid for the free version

This Addendum amends or supplements the original License Agreement only for users who have purchased the Paid Version.

Effective Date of this Addendum: 29/12/2023
