#!include_default

is replaced by (e.g.): #!start included /Users/ether/.perlbrew/libs/21.2@std/lib/perl5/ExtUtils/MANIFEST.SKIP

Telling me the path to the file is less helpful than telling me the version of ExtUtils::Manifest that it came from.
