Hey @dyha89, I think it should be possible to export a .gp5 track to an ASCII tablature. However, you'll also need to implement the inverse conversion and make sure that the details don't get lost in the process. I've taken a stab at diffing the .gp5 files, maybe it would help you https://github.com/Perlence/gpdiff. |

Is it possible to use library to export .gp5 track to ASCII tablature like GP5 do?
I'm considering to store my tablatures on github repo, to have history, diffs, etc, but .gp5 format is binary.
So my idea was to have a script which is converting all .gp5 files to .txt ASCII tabs, to make diffs readable.
