picgo-gui版本：2.3.1
电脑win10
pic-migrater版本：1.3.2
图床：简单图床

图片从原图床迁移到新图床的操作中，图片可以正常的上传至新的图床，但是新的文件中不会插入新生成的链接，还是原来的图片链接

插件的描述有问题. 上传成功后是把源文件的图片地址替换了.
新文件其实是备份文件,所以里面的图片还是本地的.你自己打开源文件看一眼就明白了,并不是bug
