remove_server删除节点bug #45

再跑remove_server，删除节点用例，发现调用RemoveServer接口必挂。查看代码
最终删除节点命令重做时会调用rocksdb::Status FloydApply::MembershipChange(const std::string& ip_port,
bool add) 函数
