Requirements:

infograph showing the reward tiers for referrals and rewards
Referral count
Invite by email option:
- will need to create a generic email with link to sign up that preserves referral ID as url param
Share link option:
- when link is opened need to make sure referral ID is set as URL parameter to attribute original referee with referral credit
