Issue:

Igor mentioned previous issue with storing and allowing users to change wallets after they have been linked
Although this is a common design pattern - for V1 launch we will limit users by only allowing them to connect 1 wallet and no updates allowed.

Requirement:

add info modal (popup) when clicking to connect metamask or sui wallets
- modal should include this warning message: "Note: At this time we do not allow users to switch wallets once they have been connected. Please ensure you are connecting the correct wallet."
Modal can have an X button to close the modal and stop the connection flow
Modal must have a 'Continue' button which will then launch the metamask or sui wallet connectors
