Burg not coded as Mercenary

Describe the bug

Burg does not appear to be coded as mercenary.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
5. See error

On Dark Side Turn 2, player deployed Gor Koresh and attempted to use his text to deploy a mercenary from reserve. Burg was in reserve, and could not be deployed.

Later in the game, Burg was deployed from hand, it did not show the Mercenary Keyword.

Expected behavior

Should be / by Gor Koresh
