Transmission Terminated - v Timing

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Transmission terminated -v was used to suspend Emperor's power during LS's battle as the 1st action, but the timing is not correct. DS was still able to use it during battle, and then it became suspended for the rest of that turn. Terminated also says that it remains suspended until "start of your turn" so it should have remained suspended during DS's turn but it reverted to active at the beginning of the DS turn.
