an error occurs when I want to run program .
"object reference not set to an instance of an object ."
how can I solve this ?

Most probably there is some problem with user config. Just delete config and try to run application once again. Config should be located at C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Gm1ConverterCrossPlatform
