Feedback from Dave Guarino:

Minor UX feedback: on desktop, the "Explain with AI" seems like a label not a button. So I tried clicking the little "i" a few times. Maybe allowing people to click either would be good.

We could also consider replacing the i with a clickable ✨ that also expands into an Explain with AI button on hover, but clicking either brings up the dialog.
