Migrate away from using household-api via rate-limited open endpoint, to using token-secured one with our own auth0 tenant #2302

At the moment, on our API docs page, we use a rate-limited, but open, household-api endpoint to provide a demo of the API itself. We should migrate away from this and toward using our own auth0 tenant with auth tokens, then remove the demo endpoint to close the hole said endpoint provides.
