Audio lag on Rock-5B SoC Family

With the addition of ba4f81c where we use libyoyo's audio subsystems instead of OpenAL overrides, @JohnnyonFlame reported audio latency on Rock-5B SoCs (RK3588). This needs further investigation as since this commit was added, no users have reported similar latency with recent GMS ports.
