I was exploring a Frosted Coniferous Forest biome at night and found multiple husks that spawned there. Two spawned in separate locations, both near the center of the biome, and the only other biome nearby was a Cardinal Tundra. I did see some zombie villagers spawned as well, but I could not find a regular zombie within the biome, although that doesn't necessarily mean that they don't spawn at all.
I also did not encounter any strays, but lots of regular skeletons so maybe the two were switched somehow?
