Display a window on second monitor to draw graphics

I am developing an application, that on launch:

1. opens the application on monitor 1.
2. Launch a full screen window on monitor 2. This window will be used to draw graphics (possibly with DirextX11).

How to I model the App.CreateShell() function to launch 2 windows?

Hi, @brianlagunas @dansiegel Is there a best way to create another Window on second screen using Prism? I need draw live graphics on this second window continuously.
