Blender Deadline submit without upload

Me and my team are looking to submit to deadline with prism with out uploading the blender file to deadline.

We would like the option to submit or not to submit the blender file to deadline, like in the deadline submission for blender :

Additional context
I'm more than willing to code this myself, but it would be helpful to have some direction to guide it. So far I found and "ospload" variable in default_image_render.py, does this control if a file is uploaded to the repository ?
