Adding a Testimonial Section to the Website

Hello,
I'd like to propose a new feature: a testimonial section for students who have purchased and completed our courses. This section will help build trust and credibility with potential students by providing real-world feedback from those who have benefited from the courses.

Features:

1. A designated section on the course sales page for testimonials.
2. A form for students to submit their testimonials, including their name and (optionally) a photo.
3. A system to moderate and approve testimonials before they are displayed on the site.
4. A feature to randomly display or rotate testimonials to keep the section fresh.

Kindly assign me this issue under HACKTOBER FEST 2024.
