wholeBrainSeg_Large_UNEST_segmentation getting noise in the segmentation

When I use the wholeBrainSeg_Large_UNEST_segmentation model, I get noise in the segmentation. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @anuragp2018 , I'm not sure if it's a monailabel issue or the bundle's own issue. Could you try to run inference directly and visualize the results to see if having the same issue?
If it does have, please post the reproduce steps here and then I can help to check that?
