Add option to opt-out of the typing indicator feature completely

I heard from a user that the only thing that is a real dealbreaker for them in Pandora is the forced typing indicator.

While this feature benefits from everyone having it on, I feel it is fair to allow a user to opt-out of the feature completely in the settings/interface tab.
To balance this, they should then also no longer be able to see the typing indicators by other users if they opt-out.

unsure about this one, the second part is also a bit complicated since typing status is a broadcast message there by sent to all characters the same

there are many social platforms with typing indicators, and you can technically hide the status if you either paste in text or start with some command like / though you do need to edit it at the end

it should also help players to see the other side is active

(I strongly feel we should not have this as a feature)
