Hello.
Just after upgrading to version 3.2.12 of ProtonVPN, it could not connect to the Proton servers anymore.

I did not understand where the issue came from initially. I had to uninstall it and reinstall V3.2.11 for ProtonVPN to work again.
I cannot tell what is going wrong, but this is only happening with this V3.2.12 release.

What happens is that the connection to the ProtonVPN server starts, but it never finishes and hence it is totally impossible to connect to any server. I tried several servers, all do the same.
Using Windows 11 64 bits.

Can you please TEST your versions before releasing them, and then only distribute to 20 people for double testing before releasing to all users?

Thank you.
Regards

To add more details about this issue, after the update to V3.2.12, and no connection was possible anymore, I went back to V3.2.11 which worked again. But then it updated automatically a few minutes later to version V3.2.12 and stopped working again, still no connection anymore, even after computer reboot, everything.

So I had to go back to V3.2.11 again and make sure the update was not done automatically. Now it works with this version 3.2.11, but of course this is not the solution.
It seems clear that there is an issue with V3.2.12 due to this double test.
Unfortunately I cannot give more info on what is going wrong and why this happens.
Maybe a specific parameter which is not compatible with V3.2.12?

If some others have the same issue, thanks to report here.
Hoping that V3.2.13 will solve the issue.
This does not happen on a second computer I have so I don't know the reason at all why this happens.

Thank you for any help or indicating if this bug is being addressed.
Regards.

Thank you @jiashubo1, I confirm that your solution works !
On the computer that failed before, I removed completely ProtonVPN, then I installed V3.3.2 and it still failed.
When connecting to a Proton VPN server, it was displaying the connection message "Waiting for a usable network..." but displayed only 1 second and then it stopped, and the blue button "Quick Connect" was displayed again, which means it was not connected.
No network connection at all even when not connected, totally impossible to reach the Internet anymore from the computer!

So I uninstalled ProtonVPN 3.3.2, then I installed V3.2.11, which made the connection work again.
Then I updated ProtonVPN through "About / Check version", to version 3.3.2, and now V3.3.2 works fine, the connection is OK and servers do all connect properly.

I hope some dev could come and care about our bugs and fix this one, it is now like this since almost 3 months and still not addressed, and a major one as some new customers cannot use ProtonVPN anymore..

If some other users experience the same issue, please tell it too here, so that the bug can draw more attention and solve it quicker.
