Network Caching break , high severity ,

Hello there , ! I had had myself a caching issue from serving and devving locally and then looking at the site online .
I would say this is a mid level network breaking bug , --- read details in my own repo on it ,

--- I just couldn't view my site online via VPN, It was only that site and on multiple browsers , but only messing up with a 404 , on my local device.
Once I deleted some files I got it to work just fine though .

I suppose I will be back sometime and try and push some c# here .
