Chat Commands and how to Register them

There is an issue here, but it has been three days and I don't see anyone else submitting any related tickets:

That seems to mean to me that some plugin developers have gotten this figured out. Does this particular party want to lend a helping hand with advice on how to circumvent loading all of the TShock commands twice just to register a custom command once?

There were two tshockapi.dll binaries: one in the ServerPlugins folder as well as the server instance root directory. Removing it from the root directory solved the problem as reflected in the issue.
