When falling, the character has momentum. Turning on the jetpack or activating hover mode currently halts the player descent immediately. It would be much better if it slowly decreased the players momentum instead similar to how Simply Jetpacks use to work. This way if someone turns the jetpack on right above the ground while falling from a high spot they might still take fall damage. Hover mode should also decrease the momentum of the player at a much slower rate than fly mode.
