Alpaka EPIE version #20

Update Alpaka version and make further backends running. Currently, it runs at FZJ and DESY on CUDA and CPU.

Then do benchmark tests.

Current EPIE from DESY is put here: https://gitlab.hzdr.de/fwcc/ptychography/-/tree/EPIE_desy_beta9.3

Next steps:

merge this with branch hm-docs (Alpaka-EPIE)
remove CUPLA by using pure Alpaka to get rid of overhead
add HIP backend
do benchmark tests
document all => also for IAL report
