Feedback on revisions/updates:

make more user friendly
restructured based on "inverted pyramid" theory of readers' attention
move some of material towards end to top
make language more like cookbook
add/link to templates (including diary, folder structure, etc)

Add notes on

considerations before making projects public (e.g. making sure there are no links to editable documents/open folders, checking regarding publishing names of contributing researchers, etc).
sprinting/agile approaches - e.g. using boards to monitor who is doing what and which things you can/cannot realistically finish within time available
