Package numerapi (pip) to version 2.19.1

Expected Behavior

Numerai (numerapi) released a new "Crypto" part to its API, which is part of version 2.19.1.

Actual Behavior

Current cloud numerapi package is 2.18

Potential Solution

upgrade numerapi with pip to version 2.19.1

System Information

I'm using to web-based cloud platform, so I don't have control to update the package version myself, apparently.

Sorry to SPAM up the github issues, but the web-based contact form (indicated in the docs for requesting version upgrades) was bugging out so I didn't send the request that way.
