Hopper Flag Not Working

Running 1.20.1 Fabric and HTM 1.1.9

Private chests are able to have items removed from them by hoppers with the hopper flag either set to true or false.

Found a solution. If you are using Lithium, this is the issue. Current workaround is to add mixin.block.hopper=false to lithium.properties config file.
